Sri Sathya Sai Sanjeevani Children's Heart Hospital Fiji has under gone a name change as the hospital will now extend its services to children, women, and men across Fiji and the Pacific, offering free life-saving cardiac surgeries and interventions.
Global humanitarian leader Sri Madhusudan Sai and hospital directors Dr Krupali Tappoo and Sumeet Tappoo unveiled the new logo of the hospital.
Tappoo says all treatments and procedures will be provided entirely free of charge.
Speaking during a talanoa session, Tappoo says that lives that would have been lost due to lack of access will now be saved.
He describes the expansion as a major step forward for healthcare in Fiji and the wider Pacific, giving more families access to critical heart treatment without financial burden.
