The Fiji Airways Men's National 7s team has gone down fighting 17-24 to Argentina in the last quarterfinal at the Hong Kong 7s.
Indiscipline cost the Fiji side the game, after Jeremaia Sauturaga was shown a yellow card in the third minute, which Spain capitalised on, going on to score two tries.
They scored three tries through Apete Narogo, Joseva Talacolo, and Vuiviawa Naduvalo.
Argentina's tries came from doubles to Santiago Alvarez and Marcos Moneta.
Argentina led 17-7 at halftime.
The red card shown to Akuila Dranivotua in the second half really hurt the side as they struggled to defend with six players in the final two minutes.
They will now play Australia for 5th place at 7.18pm.
