Sanjay Dutt takes the lead in the upcoming film Aakhri Sawal, which has released an intense new trailer ahead of its cinema debut.
The politically charged film explores some of India’s most debated historical events, including the alleged Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh link to Mahatma Gandhi’s assassination, the Babri Masjid demolition and The Emergency.
The trailer highlights themes of political conspiracies, ideological clashes and long-running controversial narratives.
Dutt is seen in a strong central role, delivering several powerful moments throughout the trailer.
The film also features Sameera Reddy, along with Namashi Chakraborty, Amit Sadh, Nitu Chandra and Tridha Choudhury.
Directed by National Award-winning filmmaker Abhijeet Mohan Warang, the film will also be released with Indian Sign Language support for deaf audiences, with additional accessibility features planned for visually impaired viewers.
The film will be released in cinemas next Friday in Hindi, Telugu, Kannada and Malayalam.
