Bucalevu Secondary School and Holy Cross College are leading the medal tallies for the boys’ and girls’ divisions at the Coca-Cola Taveuni Zone.
Bucalevu Secondary School leads the boys’ division with 9 gold, 5 silver and 9 bronze. Holy Cross College is in second place with 8 gold, 13 silver and 11 bronze, while Niusawa Methodist High School is third with 7 gold, 6 silver and 3 bronze.
In the girls’ division, Holy Cross College leads with 11 gold, 13 silver and 13 bronze. Bucalevu Secondary School is in second place with 10 gold, 12 silver and 8 bronze, while Niusawa Methodist High School is third with 4 gold, 2 silver and 1 bronze.
The Taveuni Zone features five schools, including Bucalevu Secondary School, Holy Cross College, Niusawa Methodist High School, Wainikeli Junior Secondary School and South Taveuni Secondary School.
Day 2 of the Taveuni Zone continues today at Wairiki Parish Ground.
