XKON to be sentenced on Tuesday for breaching bail conditions
Lui Bale Vuibureta, also known as XKON, will be sentenced on Tuesday for breaching his bail conditions.
Vuibureta is charged with three counts of breaching his bail conditions between 30th October 2025 and 31st January this year.
In the substantive matter where he has been sentenced to 8 months imprisonment, suspended for 2 years, Vuibureta on 14th August 2025 in Nadi, went live on TikTok and made derogatory remarks against Information Minister Lynda Tabuya.
He also threatened the Minister’s reputation with intent to cause alarm and using vulgar language to insult her modesty.
