Without unity, fight against drugs will be much harder - Naivalurua

Without unity, the fight against drugs would be much harder.

Minister for Policing, Ioane Naivalurua stated this in his closing remarks at the two-day Pastoral Meeting at the Yatu Lau Conference Centre, where he said that as participants return to their churches and communities, he urged them to focus on two key things, collaboration and unity.

Naivalurua says he is urging church leaders to remain united in their efforts to fight against drugs.

He says everyone needs to stand on the front line when it comes to the battle against drugs, because the effects have flooded our communities and every individual has a responsibility.

Naivalurua reminded church leaders that they possess a powerful advantage that no government or organisation has.
