Lui Bale Vuibureta, also known as XKON, is set to take his plea in the Suva High Court on the 6th of next month.
Vuibureta appeared before Justice Daniel Goundar this morning.
He is charged with three counts of breaching his bail conditions between 30th October 2025 and 31st January this year.
It is alleged that on the 14th of August 2025 in Nadi, Vuibureta went live on TikTok and made derogatory remarks against the then Minister for Information, Lynda Tabuya.
He also faces charges of threatening the Minister’s reputation with intent to cause alarm and using vulgar language to insult her modesty.
Vuibureta remains remanded in custody.
