Lui Bale Vuibureta also known as XKON on TikTok, has been given a sentence of 1 month 14 days suspended for 18 months by the Suva Magistrates Court.
Vuibureta appeared before Magistrate Lisiate Fotofili this morning for sentencing after breaching three of his bail conditions.
Magistrate Fotofili reminded Vuibureta that while there is freedom to speak, that does not mean that he is free from consequences.
