Tailevu Zone: QVS dominate 400 metres final
Queen Victoria School dominated the 400 metres races, claiming three out of the four divisions during the Coca Cola Tailevu Zone.

Jhaire Cokanauto won gold in the Sub-Junior grade, Michael Tito claimed gold in the Intermediate grade, and Samuel Draiva won gold in the Senior grade.

Emosi Takolevu of RKS won gold in the Junior grade.

In the girls division, it was split between schools, with Unaisi Dagoniyasi and Masilina Naivakvelo of Wainibuka Secondary School winning gold in the Sub-Junior and Junior grades, Esita Naiyabasali claiming gold in the Intermediate grade, and Alesi Kulamaidrau of St Vincent College winning gold in the Senior grade.

Meanwhile, Rosivela Matanimeke of QVS won gold in the boys' 3,000 metres, while Sereana Bakeibau of Wainibuka Secondary School claimed gold in the girls’ race.

The Tailevu Zone is underway at the HFC Bank Stadium in Suva.
