A suspected fuel spill early this morning in Nasese, opposite China Club, is raising serious concerns.
In a video, Reverend James Bhagwan says the spill is extensive and that there is no wind to disperse or obscure the evidence.
He had raised a similar concern about a fuel spill in the same area in February this year.
Questions have been sent to the Permanent Secretary for Environment Dr Sivendra Michael. He is yet to respond.
