Redline Volleyball Club has successfully defended the Suva Volleyball Association Challenge Trophy after staging a dramatic reverse sweep to defeat Avengers Volleyball Club 3–2.
Despite a fierce and disciplined start from the Avengers who applied sustained pressure across the opening sets, Redline kept their composure and stuck to their game plan.
Led by captain Timoci Sulua, the young side from Suvavou Village displayed remarkable mental toughness and cohesion under pressure.
The victory not only secures Redline’s status as the Suva Volleyball Association Challenge Trophy holders but also reinforces their reputation as one of the most resilient and competitive volleyball teams in the country.
