The trial date in the matter where Nigel Yogesh Singh, who allegedly set fire to the QVS Club House in Suva in June last year is expected to be set next Thursday.
Singh appeared before Suva High Court Judge Justice Dane Tuiqereqere this morning.
He is charged with one count of arson.
The court was earlier informed that Singh is homeless.
