All National Budget consultations scheduled for this week have been postponed due to adverse weather affecting parts of the country.
The Ministry of Finance says the decision was made to ensure public safety and to prevent communities, stakeholders and officials from being exposed to unnecessary risk during this period of adverse weather.
The Ministry says it remains committed to an inclusive and participatory budget process, adding that new dates for the consultations will be announced once conditions improve.
Members of the public are encouraged to continue submitting their feedback and input through the official channels already provided.
