Drua and Flying Fijians prop Peni Ravai, who played in the Vodafone Deans, says he was not picked for the U20s saying he wished that he had joined this kind of academy back in the day as it would have improved his game a lot.
Ravai says having an academy is good for the team as there was a big talent gap when former Flying Fijians prop Campese Ma'afu retired.
Ravai adds that now, they have the academy and are happy to retire knowing that there is a young player that will come and replace them.
