A 58-year-old man has passed away after he was hit by a bus today.
Police say the incident occurred after midday near the Namaka Public School traffic lights.
It is alleged that the victim suddenly stepped on to the road and was hit by a passing bus.
He was taken to the Nadi Hospital and died upon arrival.
Investigation into the incident is underway.
