Lautoka High Court staff member remanded over alleged burglary conspiracy

A staff member of the Criminal Registry at the Lautoka High Court has been remanded at the Natabua Remand Centre for an alleged burglary at the premises last week.Police say the 31-year-old man has been charged with one count of conspiracy to commit the offence of burglary.He is alleged to have conspired with others to break into the Lautoka High Court building with the intention of stealing items, including cash and exhibits.He will appear in court today for his bail ruling.Meanwhile, the search continues for the individuals involved in the break-in, whose identities are known to police.
