Members of the public turned up in large numbers to support the Communications Fiji Limited Foundation Charity Walk, which is currently underway from Nausori to Suva.
The Charity Walk started at Ratu Cakobau House in Nausori this morning.

CFL General Manager Charles Taylor has called on members of the public to come forward and support this worthy cause.
He says all the funds collected from this walk will go towards the WOWS Kids Fiji Foundation.

Meanwhile, there has also been a strong turnout at collection centres located in Tavua, Ba, Rakiraki, Lautoka, Nadi, and Sigatoka.

According to recent statistics from WOWS Kids Fiji, there are currently 70 children under the age of 18 living with cancer.
CFL, the parent company of FM96, LegendFM, VITIFM, Navtarang, Radio Sargam, and the country’s leading digital news platform fijivillage, launched its new charitable trust, the CFL Foundation, in September last year, with the company contributing 5 percent of the Group’s profit after tax.
For decades, CFL has been dedicated to community service, regularly stepping up to help children with special needs, those facing serious health issues like cancer, and families impacted by natural disasters.

From fundraising efforts for cyclone relief to supporting individuals with terminal illnesses, CFL has built a strong reputation for making a real difference through its platforms.
Collections will take place at multiple locations, including 231 Waimanu Road in Suva until 4pm today, where a team will be on hand to receive donations and engage with members of the public, with refreshments also available.
Another team will be stationed at Rups Mega Complex in Nakasi and Tappoo City in Suva. In the West, teams will operate in Tavua, Ba, Rakiraki, Lautoka, Nadi, and Sigatoka.
