Warner Bros. Discovery has launched its premier global streaming service, HBO Max, in Fiji as part of its expansion across the Asia Pacific region.
Other countries in the region include Bhutan, Kiribati, Maldives, Marshall Islands, Micronesia, Nauru, Niue, Samoa, Tonga, Tuvalu, and Vanuatu.
The launch means audiences in Fiji can now access a wide range of content from major global brands including HBO, the Harry Potter franchise, the DC Universe, Cartoon Network, and Max Originals, along with Hollywood movies and programmes from Discovery and TLC.
Subscribers in Fiji will be able to stream Oscar-winning films such as One Battle After Another and Sinners, as well as popular series like Euphoria, A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms and The Pitt. Upcoming titles include House of the Dragon Season Three in June and Lanterns in August.
Fan favourites like Friends and The Big Bang Theory, along with real-life shows such as Gold Rush and Deadliest Catch, are also available, alongside family content including The Amazing World of Gumball, We Bare Bears, Regular Show and Adventure Time.
HBO Max is available for subscription through www.hbomax.com, as well as through various third-party providers.
