The identity of the man whose body was found floating near Navuso Village yesterday morning has been confirmed by relatives.
Police say he was last seen on Friday night at the old Rewa Bridge, whereby a report was lodged after he went missing.
They say capabilities from the Police Mobile Force, and Waterpol were deployed to assist with search efforts, which had proven negative until the discovery yesterday.
The man's body has been conveyed to the CWM Hospital mortuary.
A post-mortem will be conducted to confirm the cause of death.
