Niraj Prasad, who allegedly stole an ATM card earlier this month, has been granted bail by the Suva Magistrates Court.
Prasad is charged with one count of theft.
Prasad allegedly stole Malakai Kauwale's BSP ATM card valued at $10 on the 5th of January in Suva City.
He will take his plea on the 10th of March.
