Yasawa will play Macuata in the final of the Vodafone Vanua Championship this Friday.
The decision was made by an independent Judicial Officer.
The FRU says both parties were present during the appeal hearing and have been advised of the decision. Yasawa and Macuata will progress to the Skipper Cup next season while Rewa and Northland have been relegated to the Vanua Championship. The Vodafone Vanua Championship final between Macuata and Yasawa will be played at 6pm Friday at Lawaqa Park while the Royal Tea Ranadi Cup final between Rewa and Navosa takes place at 2pm.
