The woman whose body was found near Lomolomo Beach in Lautoka on Sunday has been identified.
Police say the victim has been identified as a 30-year-old single mother of 2 and was residing in Nadi.
Police say a relative of the woman has come forward.
They are waiting for the outcome of the post mortem examination conducted today as investigations continue.
