A 23-year-old woman has died following an accident along Stinson Parade, Suva at around 5.15pm yesterday.
Police say she was hit by a bus while walking across the pedestrian crossing.
They say she was taken to the hospital by a passing vehicle.
The bus driver is in Police custody and investigations continue.
