Supervisor of Elections Mohammed Saneem says they expect to publish the list of candidates approved for the elections on the internet by 10pm tomorrow.
The nomination period is ending at midday tomorrow.
While giving an election update, Saneem says the appeals and objections period will be until 4pm Tuesday.
He adds if a confirmed candidate wishes to withdraw, they have time until midday Tuesday.
The SOE also says the National Candidates Ball draw will be held on Thursday or Friday but they can also have it on Wednesday if there are no appeals and objections.
