Wallabies coach confident Vunivalu will stay in Australia beyond this season

Wallabies Coach Dave Rennie is confident that Reds winger Suliasi Vunivalu will remain with Australian Rugby beyond this season and has also hinted at a test debut for the former NRL star.

Vunivalu is part of the 35-men squad for the 3-match test series against England next month.

Rennie says they have picked Vunivalu because of his massive potential and they think he can accelerate his development inside the camp.

He adds Vunivalu has had his troubles with injury but they have seen glimpses of real quality and are keen to get their hands on him.

Marika Koroibete, Rob Valetini and Samu Kerevi are also part of the Wallabies squad however Filipo Daugunu has missed out on selection.

The Wallabies will take on England in the first match of the series on 2nd July.
