Team Fiji Va’a captain Elenoa Vateitei has won her second gold medal at the Pacific Games winning the Women’s V1 marathon.
Vateitei secured her first gold in the V1 500 metres sprint on Monday. Fiji is still in 5th place in the overall Pacific Games medal tally with 15 gold, 20 silver and 29 bronze.
New Caledonia is leading with 70 gold, 44 silver and 45 bronze while Australia is in second place with 42 gold, 20 silver and 8 bronze.
