Unit Trust of Fiji has launched its new website www.utof.com.fj in response to the new business norm with the Ministry of Health’s social distancing procedures.
Chairperson, Shaenaz Voss says the company has fully embraced the reality of doing business amidst the COVID-19 pandemic and completely transformed its business norm from physical to virtual based services.
Voss says as a financial institution entrusted with people’s fund, they have addressed their internal challenges to better serve the 23,000 active investment account holders from the comfort of their homes.
Chief Executive Officer Vilash Chand says the team had undergone major digital transformation since the outbreak last year and have reformed their internal customer-based services to embrace a centralised virtual portal for investors.
He says the website will be continuously upgraded as and when technology permits to further create a customer centric experience.
