An unidentified man is the latest victim on our roads.
Police say the man who is believed to have been drunk at the time was hit by a passing vehicle along the Queens Road at Martintar, Namaka, at around 03.40 this morning.
They say he died at the scene.
Police say the driver is in Police custody as investigations into the incident is underway.
