A company from the UK is interested in creating about 2,000 to 3,000 jobs in the outsourcing services sector.
This has been highlighted by the Minister for Economy Aiyaz Sayed-Khaiyum in Parliament.
Sayed-Khaiyum says they will be meeting the company this afternoon.
He further says when they talked about the outsourcing services sector, the opposition had said that this is pie in the sky stuff.
