As investigations continue into the two police officers who were allegedly found with illicit drugs, police has confirmed that the two are not part of the Counter Narcotics Bureau.
Police have also confirmed that white substances believed to be illicit drugs are still being tested by the Fiji Police Forensic and Science Services.
As the two were arrested by the Fiji Police Force, Fiji Revenue and Customs Service, and the Australian Federal Police, there is some suggestion that the officers were allegedly involved in trafficking.
Further questions have been sent to Police.
