A trial date will be set for 34-year-old murder accused Asena Rakavono on the 1st of July.
Rakavono made an appearance before High Court Judge Justice Riyaz Hamza this morning for the proposed agreed facts to be submitted.
Rakavono is charged with a count of murder and has pleaded not guilty to the offence.
The 34-year-old is alleged to have hit her defacto partner on his head with a piece of timber in March last year.
The alleged incident took place in Muanikoso in Nasinu.
The matter has been adjourned to the 1st of next month.
