Tilak Boys U16 have dominated their grade winning all 4 games

It is day two of the Venu Haulage Shipping Limited and Outback Range Pte Ltd Fiji Secondary Schools Hockey Competition, and Tilak High School from Lautoka has already won all of their four games in the U16 boys.

They beat Grammar 2-0, defeated St Thomas 2-0, before edging Dilkusha and St John’s College 1-0.

Marist has only won one game beating Grammar 3-0 before drawing nil-all with St Thomas, Dilkusha, and St John’s.

In the U19 Boys, St John’s College has already won two games today thumping Suva Grammar School 3-1 before beating St Thomas High School 2-1.

St John’s also drew nil-all with Marist Brothers High School before losing 1-0 to Levuka Public School.

Marist edged Grammar 1-0 before drawing nil-all with St Thomas and Levuka Public, Tilak also lost 1-0 to St Thomas and Levuka Public.

In the U16 Girls Pool C, St Thomas edged St Joseph’s Secondary School 1-0, while Levuka Public drew nil-all with St Joseph’s.

In the U16 Girls Pool B, Sila Central beat Jasper Williams High School 1-0, and then drew nil-all with Ballantine Memorial School from Delainavesi.

Levuka Public has also won twice beating Grammar 3-0 and St Thomas 1-0 in the Girls U19 Pool A.

In the U19 Girls Pool B, St Joseph’s thumped Delana Methodist 3-0, while Levuka Public beat St Thomas 1-0.

In the U19 Girls Pool C, St John’s thumped Adi Cakobau School 4-0, before beating Tilak 2-1. The schools are competing for the U16 Boys Noal Cup, U16 Girls Melaia Sandys Cup, U19 Girls Westmere Cup, and U19 Boys Bhasin Cup, along with the John May Cup and Sophia Raddock Cup in the Inter-district Tournament.
