Tevita Kapawale’s judgement has now been moved to 11th July.
Kapawale appeared before Justice Dane Tuiqereqere this morning in the Suva High Court.
Justice Tuiqereqere has asked for more time to finalise his judgement on the case as he has been busy with other hearings.
Kapawale is accused of murdering five crew members on the FV Tiro 2 in 2021.
