Team Fiji sets target to win more medals and set new records at 2023 Pacific Games

Team Fiji will be heading to this year’s Pacific Games in Honiara with the goal of winning more medals and setting new records.

Team Fiji Chef de Mission Ajay Ballu says seeing how enthusiastic these athletes are, he believes achieving their goals is possible.

Ballu says preparations have been done well and all the teams are looking forward to the Games that kicks off this Friday.

He adds there will be a total of 498 members of the Team Fiji contingent with the first wave all set to leave our shores this morning.

Ballu says the second wave of Team Fiji will leave next Saturday.
