After the completion of week 1 of the 2023 Pacific Games, Team Fiji is gearing up now for the final week of competitions and hopes to finish off on a positive note.
The games took a day of rest yesterday to have the teams recover for the final week and today, it is back to business for all teams.
Team Fiji will be featuring in 7 sports today and that include Athletics, football, netball, sailing, tennis, touch rugby and va’a.
Fiji is currently in 5th place in the overall Pacific Games medal tally with 10 gold, 16 silver, and 16 bronze so far. New Caledonia is leading with 55 gold, 37 silver and 34 bronze, while Australia is in second place with 28 gold, 19 silver and 8 bronze.
