The 58 year old man of Wailevu, Labasa who allegedly ran over his own passenger which resulted in the death of the man on Nasikasika cane access road on Sunday still hasn’t been medically cleared.
Police say he had fallen ill and will be questioned once cleared.
A 50 year old farmer of Korotari, Labasa had allegedly hit the 58 year old suspect’s vehicle.
It is alleged the suspect got off the vehicle with one of his passengers and threw things at the other driver's vehicle.
The suspect got back in the car and when he reversed his car he allegedly ran over his passenger resulting in his death.
