Crusader’s centre David Havili kicked a drop goal in golden point extra time as they beat the Hurricanes 30-27 in an entertaining Super Rugby Aotearoa match this afternoon.
Both teams were locked at 27 all at full time.
Sevu Reece scored one try for the Crusaders while George Bridge got two tries.

The Hurricanes tries were scored by Wes Goosen, Julian Savea and Ngani Laumape.
Laumape was also shown a yellow card for a foul play on Scott Barrett.
