45-year-old sports coach, Guy Morris who allegedly sexually assaulted 3 girls aged 13, 14 and 16 years in Suva has been granted bail.
Morris appeared before Magistrate Pulekeria Low yesterday afternoon.
It is alleged that he sexually assaulted 3 girls from February last year to March this year.
Morris is charged with 8 counts of sexual assault and 1 count of indecent assault.
Magistrate Low granted a non-cash bail of $500 with two sureties and ordered the accused not to re-offend while on bail and not to interfere with prosecution witnesses, along with other strict bail conditions, including surrendering all of his travel documents.
He is also to report to the Raiwaqa Police Station on the second Friday of each month.
The matter has been adjourned to 20th August.
