There will be another significant drop in gas and fuel prices from the 1st of next month.
Fijian Competition and Consumer Commission CEO, Joel Abraham says the price of a 12kg cylinder of gas will drop by $8.01 and will cost $29.41
A 13kg cylinder will cost $31.86. The current price is $40.53.
The price of a 4.5kg cylinder has dropped by $3 and will cost $11.03.
The price for unleaded fuel has dropped by 14 cents per litre from $1.80 to $1.66 a litre while diesel price will drop from $1.67 to $1.54 per litre.
There is a huge reduction in kerosene prices as a litre will cost 91 cents. The current price is $1.08.
Pre-mix fuel will drop by 14 cents from $1.43 to $1.29.
