The search is continuing for a man missing at sea after an inter-island passenger vessel collided with a wooden fishing boat about 5 kilometres away from the Nabouwalu Jetty at about 4.30 this morning.
The man was one of four men who were in the wooden fishing boat.
Three other men were rescued.
Police Spokesperson Ana Naisoro says they have a team in Nabouwalu at the moment searching for the missing person.
She says they received information about the incident from a passenger on board the inter-island vessel.
The Maritime Safety Authority of Fiji is also looking into the incident.
