Adam Keighran scored a hat-trick for the Sydney Roosters as they beat the Canberra Raiders 40-16 last night to seal their spot in the top 8 for the NRL finals.
Keighran scored 20 points in the match with three tries, two conversions and two penalties.
The Roosters are currently in the fourth spot in the NRL standings with 34 points and will need both the Eels and Sea Eagles to lose if they are to remain in that spot.
Other tries for the Roosters came from Matt Ikuvalu, Angus Crichton, Ben Marschke and Lachlan Lam.
Meanwhile, the Sharks will face the Storm at 8 tonight and the Eels will meet the Panthers at 10.05 tonight.
