Police are advising people who are intending to travel along the Suva-Nausori corridor tomorrow that roads will be open but they are requested to give way for the New Zealand Prime Minister Jacinda Arden’s motorcade as she completes her tour in the Central Division.
Routes include, Ratu Cakobau Road, Duncan Road, Flagstaff, Rewa Street and along the Kings Highway towards the Nausori Airport.
Police say once Ardern arrives in the Western Division tomorrow, traffic officers will again be deployed along the Queens Road from Nadi Airport towards the Lautoka Jame Masjid from 7am but no roads will be closed.
They say officers will be deployed to assist with traffic flow from 10.30am to 11am when Ardern leaves Lautoka for Namaka.
Similar measures will be applied at 2pm from Namaka Market to the Nadi Airport when the Prime Minister rounds off her official tour of Fiji.
