The Suva High Court has ordered Former SODELPA MP Ratu Suliano Matanitobua to pay his restitution and produce a receipt.
This is after defence lawyer Filimoni Vosarogo asked the court for a restitution order which was not objected by FICAC.
Ratu Suliano was found guilty of a count each of Giving False Information to a Public Servant and Obtaining Financial Advantage.
He falsely stated his place of residence as Namosi Village, Namosi and obtained $38,378.22 as parliamentary allowances.
The matter will be called on the 8th of next month for hearing.
