Jone Raibevu of Queen Victoria School was named the best player for the U-14 final in the Vodafone Eastern Zone Secondary Schools competition after they beat Ratu Kadavulevu School 8-7.
The 14-year-old who hails from Kalabu in Naitasiri says they are looking forward to the national quarter-finals and hope to win the U-14 Deans title.
Meanwhile, RKS has beaten QVS in the U-15 final.
