The bail hearing for Charles Laxton Sundar, who allegedly killed his 86-year-old grandfather in Navokadamu Settlement in Lutu, Wainibuka, will be heard on the 11th of next month.
The defence lawyer stated in court that a few more sessions are required by the hospital’s psychological staff with Sundar before they can release the report.
Sundar appeared before Suva High Court Judge Justice Usaia Ratuvili today, charged with one count of murder.
