A prominent lawyer from Labasa has been charged with one count of indecently insulting or annoying a person.
Amrit Sen from Wailevu, Labasa appeared in the Labasa Magistrates Court this morning.
He has been released on a bail of $400 with conditions of not to re-offend during his bail period, and not to interfere with police witnesses whether through social media or in person.
He will reappear in court on the 6th of June for mention.
