Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Finance, Professor Biman Prasad, signed a condolence book in honour of the late U.S. President Jimmy Carter.
Professor Prasad recognized Carter’s tireless efforts as a champion of democracy, peace, human rights and global development.
The signing concluded ahead of the state funeral scheduled for today.
