Federico Chiesa scored twice for Juventus while Adrien Rabiot scored once.
Porto won the first leg 2-1.
Both teams ended the tie 4-4 on aggregate but Porto go through on away goals.
Borussia Dortmund has also qualified after their match with Sevilla ended 2-2.
