Police are seeking assistance in locating 24-year-old Paulini Ruci and her one-year-old daughter, Litia Vudeiwai who have been reported missing at the Valelevu Police Station.
Police say the two were last seen on Wednesday and have not made any contact with family members since.
They say Paulini was last seen wearing a black mini dress, while her daughter Litia was dressed in a yellow and white striped dress.
Police say it is believed that Paulini was attempting to travel to Vanua Levu with her daughter, but searches at likely locations have been unsuccessful.
Anyone with information about their whereabouts is urged to contact the Valelevu Police Station at 8926035 or the Southern Division Command and Coordinating Center at 9905529 immediately.
