Police are investigating a case where students were seen throwing punches at each other and pulling each other’s clothes in the Kinoya area yesterday.
A video of the incident is circulating on social media which shows students fighting other youths not in school uniform.
It shows that a security officer broke the fight by hitting a youth with a stick.
Divisional Police Commander South Senior Superintendent of Police Wate Vocevoce says a team of officers from Valelevu Police Station are working on the case.
SSP Vocevoce says the cause of the brawl remains unclear.
